No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies Will Quickly Become Your New FavoriteMarch 25, 2022
Love chocolate oatmeal cookies, but hate the sugar that comes with them? We have a solution!
Chocolate soothes the soul, comforts weary minds, and triggers all those pleasure sensors in our brains. From chocolate bars to chocolate milkshakes, humans love to infuse their senses with the smell and taste of this delectable treat. Unfortunately, health-conscious people can’t indulge as much as they’d love to because too much sugar and processed carbs equals one sad result: an unhealthy body. How many times have you longed for a sweet snack, resisted the cravings, and later binged because you simply couldn’t take it anymore?
We have some great news and a brilliant idea that will make all you chocolate-loving, health-conscious people ecstatic. You no longer have to experience that cycle of craving, abstaining, binging, and feeling guilt. You can now eat the most chocolatey, delicious treats and, incredibly, even receive health benefits from them.
What’s our secret? No-bake chocolate oatmeal cookies!
What’s So Healthy About These Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies?
We have substituted the unhealthy, sugary ingredients found in traditional cookies for healthy ingredients that can be found at your local health food store. Instead of white cane sugar, we use monk sugar, which comes from a very sweet, low-carbohydrate Chinese fruit. We’ve replaced dairy milk with high-protein almond milk. If you’re sensitive to gluten or mindful of your gluten intake, we have substituted regular oats for gluten-free oats. Most important of all, we have opted for raw cacoa powder instead of the usual cocao powder. Cacoa is high in selenium and magnesium plus it’s packed with antioxidants. (1,2)
Though these cookies are healthy, we’ve managed to maintain the flavor and consistency that you crave from your chocolate cookies.
What You Will Need
Medium or large saucepan
Our special ingredients may require a quick trip to the health food store, but we promise that these are well worth the excursion!
1/2 cup organic butter
2 cups granulated monk fruit sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
4 tablespoons organic raw cacoa powder
1/2 cup organic almond butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups gluten-free oats
Heat the saucepan on low heat.
Add the organic butter.
Add the granulated monk sugar as soon as the butter starts melting.
Pour in the unsweetened almond milk.
Add the raw cacoa powder.
Stir until the mixture is fully combined.
Let the mixture become bubbly but keep an eye on it you don’t want the butter to burn.
Add almond butter, vanilla, and gluten-free oats.
Mix all together until the consistency is somewhat smooth.
Scoop spoonfuls onto parchment paper.
Let sit for at least 15 minutes so that they solidify.

They’re extremely simple, super healthy, and so delicious.
